Our Ma Tou Yan Rou Gui is made using leaves from the prized Ma Tou Yan growing area of Wuyi Mountain.  The Ma Tou Yan growing area is unique because of its exceptional soil conditions. The skyline of the growing area depicts the image of a horses head.  Ma Rou is one of the more unique and fiery Wuyi Mountain Rock teas.  Four Seasons Ma Rou tea infuses into a beautiful dark burgundy tea soup with a sweet penetrating fiery aroma that fills the room. The flavour profile boasts notes of cinnamon and gardenia and has a sweet hidden mineral note and a silky mouth feeling with a strong sweet resonating aftertaste. This pinnacle oolong tea is available in individual 8.0 gram bags and a 5 pack 40 gram option.
